(Finance) – As part of the takeover bid (OPA) voluntary totalitarian promoted by Limbo, the holding company of the Podini family (which controls the company), on Piteco, a company listed on Euronext Milan and active in the financial software sector, it appears that today, 22 July 2022, 27,285 requests for membership have been submitted. Therefore, overall the requests for adhesions are at 1,847,449, equal to 25.973% of the offer.
The offer began on July 18, 2022 and will end on August 5, 2022. Borsa Italiana reminds that Piteco ordinary shares purchased on the market on 4 and 5 August 2022 will not be able to be contributed in acceptance of the offer.
