(Finance) – As part of the takeover bid (OPA) compulsory totalitarian action promoted by Amalfi Holding (a company indirectly owned by Investindustial) on the shares La Doria, it appears that today, 1 April 2022, 68,345 requests for membership have been submitted. Therefore, overall the requests for adhesions are 173,069, equal to 2.775% of the offer.
The offer, which began on March 28, 2022, it will end on April 21st 2022. Borsa Italiana reminds you that the ordinary shares of La Doria purchased on the market on 20 and 21 April 2022 will not be able to be contributed in acceptance of the offer.
