(Finance) – As part of thetakeover bid (OPA) compulsory totalitarian promoted by Amalfi Holding (company indirectly owned by Investindustrial) on shares La Doria, it appears that today, April 21, 2022, 737,963 requests for membership have been submitted. Therefore, overall the requests for subscriptions amount to 2,542,047, equal to 40.76% of the offer.
The offer, which began on March 28, 2022, ends today, April 21, 2022.
Italian Stock Exchange reminds that the ordinary shares of La Doria purchased on the market on 20 and 21 April 2022 will not be able to be contributed in acceptance of the offer.
