(Finance) – As part of the takeover bid (OPA) fully compulsory promoted by Green BidCo (vehicle of the Infrastructure Investments Fund) on the shares Falck Renewables, it appears that today, May 6, 2022, 2,393,805 requests for membership have been submitted. Therefore, overall the requests for adhesions amount to 14,698,193, equal to 15.33% of the offer.
The offer, which began on 11 April 2022, it will end on May 10th 2022. Borsa Italiana reminds you that the Falck Renewables ordinary shares purchased on the market on 9 and 10 May 2022 will not be able to be contributed in acceptance of the offer.
