(Finance) – As part of the takeover bid (OPA) fully compulsory promoted by Green BidCo (vehicle of Infrastructure Investments Fund) on the shares Falck Renewables, it appears that today, April 22, 2022, 1,054,923 applications for membership have been submitted. Therefore, overall the requests for membership are at 5,612,275, equal to 5.853% of the offer.
The offer, which started on 11 April 2022, it will end on May 10th 2022.
Borsa Italiana reminds you that the Falck Renewables ordinary shares purchased on the market on 9 and 10 May 2022 will not be able to be contributed in acceptance of the offer.
