(Finance) – As part of thetakeover bid (OPA) compulsory totalitarian promoted by Green BidCo (vehicle of Infrastructure Investments Fund) on the shares Falck Renewables, it appears that today, April 14, 2022, 55,391 requests for membership have been submitted. Therefore, overall the requests for subscriptions are 718,859, equal to 0.750% of the offer.
The offer, which began on 11 April 2022, will end on 10 May 2022.
Italian Stock Exchange reminds that the Falck Renewables ordinary shares purchased on the market on 9 and 10 May 2022 will not be able to be contributed in acceptance of the offer.
