(Finance) – With reference to the public purchase offer (OPA) compulsory totalitarian on the ordinary shares of Digital360a company listed on Euronext Growth Milan which aims to accompany companies and public administrations in understanding and implementing the digital transformation, D360 Holding (the bidder) announced that it has the offer document filed with CONSOB.
The offer document will be published at the end of thepreliminary investigation carried out by CONSOB, recalls a note.
