(Finance) – In relation to the public purchase offer (OPA) mandatory on the actions DefenseTecha group listed on Euronext Growth Milan and active in the cyber security and data intelligence sector, the offeror Tinexta has communicated that it has filed the offer document with CONSOB.
The offer concerns a maximum of 6,480,572 shares of Defence Tech, representing approximately 25.37% of the capital social. The offer document will be published at the end of the investigation carried out by CONSOB.
