(Finance) – As part of the takeover bid (OPA) compulsory totalitarian promoted by BPER Bank on the ordinary shares of Banca Carige, a Ligurian bank listed on Euronext Milan, it appears that today, 15 July 2022, 3,716,852 applications for membership were submitted. Therefore, overall the requests for adhesions amount to 6,353,365, equal to 4.05788% of the offer. On the savings shares of Banca Carigeno adhesions were registered.
The offer began on July 11, 2022 and will end on July 29, 2022. Borsa Italiana reminds that Banca Carige ordinary shares purchased on the market on 28 and 29 July 2022 cannot be contributed in acceptance of the offer.
