The main office of Ontario Works Brantford-Brant is on the move.

The offices –that also include Family and Income Stability Services—will be relocated from 220 Colborne Street to 225 Colborne Street Unit 101 on the lower level at the Beckett Building.

Anyone with documents to pick up or deliver, or those with pre-booked appointments should go to the new location starting Monday, February 5, 2024.
To make an appointment, or for current social assistance recipients to reach their service coordinator, call 519-759-3330 Monday to Friday 8:30 am to 4:30 pm
An interactive voice response system is also available 24 hours a day, seven days a week at 1-800-808-2268.
Clients can report changes and check the status of future payments by visiting mybenefits.mcss.gov.on.ca.
