ONE PIECE SERIES. Netflix is launching the first season of its live-action series One Piece in the coming months. A first trailer has been unveiled, with the release date.
Take a seat aboard the Vogue Merry! The Netflix series in live action One Piece is finally unveiled in a trailer. The streaming platform has already unveiled a first trailer for this adaptation of Eiichiro Oda’s cult manga, in which we can see Monkey D. Luffy, Roronoa Zoro, Nami, Usopp, Sanji or even Baggy the Clown. For the occasion, the release date of the eight episodes is finally known: it is August 31, 2023, at 9:01 a.m., that this first season will be put online.
Series One Piece from Netflix will tell the adventures of the Straw Hat crew for the first time with actors playing the protagonists, after several animated adaptations. We can guess that the plot of this first season will cover the first eleven volumes of the manga, until Nami definitely joins the crew. In the casting, we therefore find the Mexican actor Iñaki Godoy (The Imperfects) as Luffy, Mackenyu (Wanderer Kenshin) in that of Roronoa Zoro, Emily Rudd (Fear Street) will portray Nami, Jacob Gibson (Greenleaf) is Usopp and Taz Skylar (The Chef, The Deal) will portray Sanji.

What is the plot of the One Piece series?
