The police were called to Fornhöjden, Södertälje due to shooting. An injured person was found at the scene.
“One person has been found injured and will be taken to hospital by ambulance,” says a police spokesperson Carina Skagerlind to TV4.
A preliminary investigation into attempted murder has been launched.
Looking for the perpetrator
Right now, the police are working hard to both secure the crime scene and any traces, collect witness information and find the perpetrator(s).
– We are on site and working with an improved situational picture and hunting for a possible perpetrator. We talk to people on site, says Carina Skagerlind, the police spokesperson to Aftonbladet.
It is the third shooting during the evening in the Stockholm area.
