Russia must immediately, completely and unconditionally withdraw all its forces from the territory of Ukraine, within its internationally recognized borders, states the statement of Ukraine and the Nordic countries.
The presidents of Finland and Ukraine, as well as the prime ministers of Denmark, Iceland, Norway and Sweden, demand in their statement that Russia must immediately, completely and unconditionally withdraw all its forces from the territory of Ukraine, within its internationally recognized borders.
The statement says that the Nordic countries will continue their political, financial and humanitarian support as well as their defense material support to Ukraine as long as they are needed.
Support will be continued individually, together in the Nordic countries and through international cooperation in the European Union, NATO, the UN and other formations.
– Ukraine and the Nordic countries agree that we have to increase the collective pressure on Russia with sanctions that weaken Russia’s ability to continue its illegal war of aggression, the statement line.
In addition, the statement says that Ukraine and the Nordic countries will continue to cooperate with others to develop mechanisms that can compensate for losses, personal injuries and other damages caused by the Russian attack.
According to the statement, the Nordic countries, together with international organizations and partners, have committed to participate in the recovery and reconstruction of Ukraine after the war.
