One of his films is the most “horrifying” of his career

The action-fest Escape Plan starred Sylvester Stallone and Arnold Schwarzenegger two of the greatest action icons in film history brought together. After the 2013 film, two sequels have since been released, which you can now stream with your Amazon Prime subscription*. However, Sly himself strongly advises against Escape Plan 2.

Action botches in the stream: Sylvester Stallone hates Escape Plan 2

In Part 2, Stallone’s Ray Breslin has now built a successful security company himself. In order to save one of his team members, he has to go back to prison.

Escape Plan 2: Hades quickly turns out to be a sham. Stallone only has a very small role in the film and hardly appears after the beginning. The star himself described the action sequel as a disaster in an Instagram post:

Escape Plan 2 WAS ACTUALLY THE MOST CRUELLY PRODUCED MOVIE I’ve ever had the pleasure of being a part of.

At the same time, he uses the post to… short and even more intensive production of Escape Plan 3. There were only 17 nights of filming time from sunset to sunrise, while the crew is said to have eaten without breaks during working hours.

In Escape Plan 3 – The Extractors, Ray Breslin is supposed to free the kidnapped daughter of a technology mogul from a huge Latvian prison. The mastermind turns out to be the son of a former adversary.
