A man died after being injured in connection with being arrested by two security guards at the Rådmansgatan subway station in Stockholm this weekend. According to the police, the man allegedly behaved in a disorderly manner on the platform and, among other things, tackled a woman.
The two security guards who were arrested for causing the death of another have been released. The suspicion remains and the preliminary investigation will continue, writes the Prosecutor’s Office in a press release. However, the investigation does not require that the two suspects be detained, according to the prosecutor.
Josefin Kärrberg was on the subway rolling into Rådmansgatan at the same time and witnessed parts of the incident.
According to her, the man must have also injured a young man who was about to get off the train.
