It was shortly after 2 p.m. that the police and emergency services were called to the accident scene south of Klockrike, where a car with three people had gone off the road and into a field. All three were taken by ambulance to hospital, two with minor injuries and one person who could not be contacted at the time. At 8 p.m., the police announced that the person had died.
The car has been impounded for a technical examination, and the driver has been brought in for questioning by the police to investigate how the accident happened.
Relatives have been notified.
