Two vehicles collided at the intersection of Oxford Road 96 and 37th Line just before 3 pm, Oxford OPP said.
A seriously injured driver was taken to hospital, where they died, police said.
A passenger from the same vehicle was taken by air ambulance to hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
The driver and three passengers from the second vehicle were taken to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries, police said.
