According to the police, the person – who is in his 40s – is suspected of having seriously injured a person of the same age with some type of affection. The person has been taken to hospital.
A third person has also been seriously injured as a result of the incident.
“The incident took place indoors and we were able to arrest the person in the immediate vicinity of the scene,” says Lars Hedelin, press spokesperson at the police.
– What happened is a serious assault which is classified as attempted murder.
The alarm was received by the police shortly before 6 p.m.
