The person is arrested on probable cause on suspicion of aiding and abetting murder.
– The investigation has now reached a point where a person has today been served with suspicion regarding involvement in the events that led to two people being found dead on July 14, says senior prosecutor Magnus Pettersson, who is the head of the preliminary investigation, in a press release.
Interrogations will be held both with the arrested person and others concerned. Investigative work is still ongoing, including through a technical investigation, collection and analysis of digital evidence.
– This work takes place both here in Sweden and in Great Britain, says Magnus Petterson.
The prosecutor must make a decision whether or not the person should be remanded in custody by September 1 at the latest.
