On Wednesday evening, a man in his 30s was shot in Malmö. The man was found outdoors by patrolling police in the Segevång district. He was taken to hospital by ambulance with serious injuries.
The police in Malmö are now hunting two suspected perpetrators for attempted murder. Several people have been brought in for questioning, but no one has yet been arrested.
Also in Linköping, a man in his 30s has been shot. The incident occurred at 9pm on Wednesday evening in the Vimanshäll area. During the night, one person was arrested and detained on suspicion of attempted murder. The injured person was taken to hospital. There is currently no information regarding the person’s injury status.
There is no information that the two shootings are related to each other.
