A person has been arrested on probable cause on suspicion of a serious crime of violence in Gävle during the night to Saturday, the Public Prosecutor’s Office states.
– It is not a gang-related crime, says Karin Rosander at the press service.
One person is injured, but it is currently unclear how seriously. Otherwise, the prosecutor does not want to go into any details about the incident or any criminal classification.
– It is at an early stage and there are unclear circumstances, says Karin Rosander.
The suspect was arrested in Gävle during the night and arrested early Saturday morning.
