Visiting Prague after a stopover in Bulgaria, the Ukrainian president demanded “honesty” in Ukraine’s relations with NATO and an invitation to join the Atlantic alliance. Both Bulgaria and the Czech Republic are members of NATO, a summit of which is being held next week in Vilnius.
