Stalling, that is, climbing hills or fitness steps, whether running or walking, with or without poles, is a popular pastime among fitness enthusiasts and endurance athletes.
The May Day Night Stall event was held on May Day eve in Vihti, on the old ski slope in the Salmi outdoor area. The two-hour race route was 680 meters long and had about 50 meters of ascent in one lap.
The race, which ran at midnight, gathered about twenty brave runners. Hyvinkääläinen Jukka Ikkala summed up the mood of the gang when an hour of grueling competition was behind us.

The promise of the future of ultra-running Anton Aro went to the race with his own laps and finally advanced 31 laps on May Day, with about 1,500 meters of ascent and a total distance of half a marathon, ie more than 21 kilometers.
