The public prosecutor says that A. did go to the pub with the intention of assaulting someone with whom he had been arguing for some time. After hitting this man and being grabbed by bystanders, he pulled out a firearm that fired one shot. Bystander Paul Kros was killed and a woman standing behind him was injured. The Public Prosecution Service charges A. with manslaughter and attempted manslaughter.
