OM demands fine for Extinction Rebellion after protest at Rabobank

A total of seventeen activists stood trial, one of them has been acquitted due to insufficient evidence. The suspects come from all over the country, especially from Nijmegen and Haarlem. The youngest is 24, the oldest 69. Some used their right to speak. For example, one woman said that it is “absurd that she and fellow activists are in court while polluting companies are allowed to do their thing”.
