The Public Prosecution Service is demanding eight years in prison against the 41-year-old man from Soest for manslaughter of his five-week-old baby in September 2018. The child died under suspicious circumstances in the WKZ in Utrecht, after the child became unwell when the father was alone with his son had been home.
