Olli Ojanaho won bronze at the World Championships General

Olli Ojanaho steered in an upward direction and reached the bronze in the long distance in Switzerland.

Olli Ojanaho achieved bronze in orienteering men’s long distance in Switzerland. Oriented uphill, Ojanaho clocked a time of 1:37.37 for the 13.9 kilometer distance.

Ojanaho missed Norway, who won the world championship Kasper from Harlem Fosser four and a half minutes. Silver went to Switzerland Matthias Kyburzwho was 51 seconds behind the winner.

Ten years have passed since the last individual men’s orienteering World Cup medal. In 2013 Mårten Boström took gold in the sprint and Jani Lakanen a long way to silver.
