Huuhkajie and Danish FC Nordsjaelland forward Oliver Antman, 22, will move to the Dutch premier league and the Go Ahead Eagles team.
Made a splash in the Finnish men’s national football team Oliver Antman moves from the Danish Premier League to the Dutch Premier League. The new club Go Ahead Eagles announced the agreement on Tuesday on their website.
– A few weeks ago I was already in contact with the coach to Paul Bosvelt. Those conversations were very positive and I immediately got the feeling that I have to take this step, Antman said on the team’s website.
Antman has played in Holland before, when the Danish club Nordsjälland loaned him to Groningen last year. Now Go Ahead Eagles captured the 22-year-old Finnish winger with a contract that runs until 2027.
– Go Ahead Eagles presented me with a plan that got me very excited and so I’m looking forward to what’s to come, Antman added.
Antman will debut in the Finnish men’s national team in 2022 and has scored a tasty six goals in 12 matches for Huuhkaji. He last played for the national team in June, when Finland faced Scotland. Antman paced Finland to a 2–2 draw when he scored and provided the pass that led to the goal.
