(Finance) – The Board of Directors of Olidataa group listed on Euronext Milan and system integrator in the digital services sector, has taken note of the content of the search and seizure decree of the Judicial Authority (which concerned some IT and telephone devices), giving immediate provision to activate every internal verification procedure regarding the existing and/or previously awarded contracts subject to the investigations, as well as an audit on the functioning of the safeguards.
Olidata explains that the Judicial Authority ordered the search of the company’s headquarters, which, together with other economic entities, was subjected to investigations for the purposes of the administrative liability of the entities. The president is also among the people under investigation.
