Olidata continues hiring plan, focus on young people

(Finance) – During 2023 the Olidata Groupwhich can count on 130 employees, has hired over 40 new resources in all sectors of the company. It therefore continues and grows hiring plan developed by the Group and strengthened even further by the announcement published last October: one recruiting campaign which highlights the desire to continuously invest in the value that every single new resource is able to bring to the corporate landscape.

A fundamental step to prepare for new opportunities which are already awaiting Olidata in 2024, further consolidating and strengthening its development and growth strategy.

New hires not only have strengthened the company structure but they help create a dynamic and stimulating work environmentpromoting the professional development and individual growth of employees. The increase in company skillsthanks to the new hires, brings added value at an economic, social and cultural level.

Among the new entries, great attention to young people: the average age of new resources is 35 years, thus lowering the average company age to 39. Artificial intelligence, Big data, Cloud and CyberSecurity the main areas affected by the new hires, which concerned the offices of Rome, Cagliari and Vimercate.
