On Wednesday, the last work in the artwork series “Min plats” that Joakim Ojanen has created for the city of Västerås was inaugurated.
– The statue stands here and looks out over Mälaren and holds out three flowers as a gesture of reverence to Mälaren and nature, says Joakim Ojanen.
He has created a series of seven sculptures that stand in different places in Kajstaden on Östermälarstrand. About 30 people had gathered to see when the artwork was unveiled and many were interested in talking to Joakim Ojanen
