On Saturday at 08:45 the police and emergency services were called to the scene.
According to BLT and several other local media, the water in the morning must have been colored yellow and orange.
Emissions from the factory
The emergency services carry out cleaning work at the scene and the police assist at the scene by holding interviews and investigating the circumstances.
Personnel from the adjacent company AAK, which manufactures vegetable oils, are also on site.
Site manager Niklas Walderton confirms to Sydöstran that it is a release from the factory.
– It is soy oil that has leaked. It settles on the surface and right now we are working hard to box it in so that it does not spread further.
