  • Boiling, grilling or baking should be preferred among healthy cooking methods when cooking meat.
  • A separate cutting board must be used when cutting meat.
  • In order to increase the absorption of iron in meat, foods rich in vitamin C should be preferred. For example, a salad with plenty of lemon that you will make next to the meat contains supportive content to increase the absorption of iron.
  • Consuming 1-2 glasses of water 20 minutes before the main meals will contribute to your eating less during the meal.
  • After consuming dessert, take care to consume milk or yogurt. Thus, the absorption of sugar will decrease.
  • Consume mineral water or buttermilk with meals instead of acidic and sugary drinks.
  • If you have indigestion problems, you can choose mint tea.
