(Tiper Stock Exchange) – Workshops Maka company specializing in urban regeneration and redevelopment of brownfield sites, announces excellent results for the 2022 financial year. The Group, which includes Officine Mak, Be.co. commercial Italy, Paullo Investimenti, Paullo Center and Tailor Made srl, closed the year with a turnover of 82.2 million of euros, in 50% growth compared to 54.7 million in 2021.
EBITDA reached 8.6 million, registering a 56.4% growth compared to 2021, while margins grew to 10.5% compared to 10.1% recorded in 2021. Net profit stands at 5.1 millionup 15% compared to 4.5 million in 2021.
In the two-year period 2020 – 2022Officine Mak has acquired over 650 thousand square meters in the Milanese hinterland and has in the pipeline the redevelopment of 1 million square meters of abandoned or disused areas throughout Lombardy by 2025. Among the projects in progress that also the former Galbani area in Melzo (90,000 m2), the area to be reclaimed at Ceruti di Bollate (40,000 m2) and the former factory Torriani in Cologno Monzese where 220 apartments are already planned.

For 2023the group’s expectations are of further growth with revenues expected higher than 100 million euros“.
