(Finance) – Stellar Workshopa Vicenza-based company listed on Euronext Growth Milan and specialized in optical instruments for aerospace and astronomy, announced stipulation of a shareholders’ agreement among the shareholders Virgilio Holding SpA, Astro Alliance Srl, MIRAK Enterprise Srl and Gino Bucciol, owners of a total holding consisting of 4,677,690 shares, or 82.44% of the share capital.
The agreement has a duration of five years and includes commitments of consultation for the presentation and vote of the list of candidates for the appointment of the administrative body. The shares owned by the parties at the date of signing of the agreement were restricted, as well as those that will be held by them starting from the effective date and for the entire duration of the agreement.
