A mix of Chinese crested dog and pug, it was the ‘recipe for success’ to be named Britain’s ugliest dog. Little Peggy scooped the award and according to her mum Holly, she attracts attention wherever she goes with her ever-hanging tongue and hairless body. After she has now become a real celebrity and appeared in several major TV shows, passers-by on the street have now stopped teasing, teasing and laughing at Peggy – to now instead ask if they can take a selfie with her.
