Because Johan can no longer walk well, he is dependent on a scooter. Last year, one of the first scooter routes in the Netherlands was opened on the Leersumse field. Everyone can borrow a scooter for free and as of this week a second scooter is available to borrow for partners, so that couples can go out together. “It’s really nice to do this together and if something happens along the way you can help each other.”
