NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5090 Comes with 28 GB GDDR7 Memory

NVIDIA GeForce RTX 50 Series Rumor

NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5090 comes with 448-bit bus and 28 GB GDDR7 memory. Details about the new GPU that will offer increased performance and wide bandwidth.

NVIDIA’s new generation graphics card GeForce RTX 5090It comes equipped with remarkable features. The new card is said to be equipped with up to 28 GB GDDR7 memory and a 448-bit bus interface. These innovations will offer significant improvements in performance and data transfer speeds.

Technical Details of GeForce RTX 5090

The first information about the GeForce RTX 5090 was revealed by Chiphell Forum member Panzerlied. Panzerlied had initially stated that the card would come with a new PCB design with a 512-bit bus interface and 16 GDDR7 memory modules. However, according to the latest information, the RTX 5090 will launch in a slightly reduced configuration, which will still represent an upgrade over the memory capabilities of the GeForce RTX 4090.

The NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5090 will be equipped with a shortened GB192 GPU with fewer cores than the fully active 202 SM chip. This GPU will have a shortened memory configuration with 14 modules for a 448-bit bus interface or GDDR7 memory capacity of up to 28 GB. For comparison, the full version of the GB202 GPU will be equipped with a 512-bit interface, and the new PCB will accommodate 16 GDDR7 memory modules with up to 32 GB capacity.
