Although the newly released 4000 series cards are still talked about a lot, the rumors about the upcoming 5000 series GPUs show that the company has signed an architecture that will completely change the future of graphics processors.
RedGamingTechRumor has surfaced that NVIDIA is determined to keep its performance ahead of AMD, and will likely use a new MCM-based GPU to do so. Expected to be released in 2024, the NVIDIA 5000 series will use an entirely new SM architecture with super-fast bus speeds.
Also, rumor has it that the new GPUs will reportedly use a different accelerator with noise canceling to process ray tracing and boost performance. The company’s previously released Hopper GPU was producing higher performance than the RTX 4090. However, this resulted in melted RTX 4090 cables and driver instability.
