(Finance) – Was published in Official Gazette the decree interministerial which divides the resources aimed at increasing the number of places in educational services for children in order to achieve the minimum essential level of performance (LEP). The decree assigns 4,974 Municipalities total resources for 120 million euroswhich can be used to activate new places in nursery schools, so as to allow attendance a 15,639 children aged between 3 and 36 months.
With the publication in the Official Gazette, the decree prepared by the Interior Ministry with Mef, Education and with the Ministry for the South which distributes the first installment of the fund created by the Draghi government with the latest budget law. It is a question, only with this first installment, of a increase 10.9% compared to availability The use of these funds depends on the condition of the Municipality, in a wide range of options opened by the instructions of the ministry for the South led by Mara Carfagna. The 120 million is the first installment of a fund that will grow progressively to the 1.1 billion expected from 2027.
In particular, Municipalities will be able to enhance the service in the following ways: by expanding the availability of service in municipal nurseries (new structures or activation of unused places), under management direct or outsourced; by resorting to agreements with private nurseries, with the reservation of new places; transferring the additional resources assigned to the reference territorial area or to another associated form with the constraint of new users; transferring the additional resources assigned on the basis of agreements with neighboring municipalities that carry out the nursery service, subject to new places; by transferring the resources additional assigned to families with voucher/contributions to use the nursery service in the area; other autonomously determined modalities, however, referable to educational services for children (for example educational services in the home context).
