A year ago, Sanna Lindbäck submitted her resignation to her employer Region Norrbotten and started a private staffing company instead.
Her business idea is to rent herself out to municipalities and regions, and the business is going well.
“I was tired and exhausted”
– I chose this solution because the situation within the region was so stressful and I was tired and exhausted. It wasn’t fun to work anymore and I felt like I wasn’t enough. My staffing company has been going well from the very beginning. The best thing is the freedom, to be able to work less and earn more and to be able to be free when my children are free, says Sanna Lindbäck.
“No response from the region”
She is not at all surprised that twice as many nurses switched to staffing companies in one year.
– I don’t think we received a sufficient response from our employer, and therefore many choose staffing. The region has received many good suggestions from the staff, such as shortening the working hours while maintaining the salary, but it is also important to implement that, she says.
