The users on the Lucasbolwerk are encouraged to go to a special user area of De Tussendiensten, De Stek. In recent weeks, they have seen more and more people there who have been referred by enforcers or the follow-up team. “We have seen this increase for some time. In July, 46 people joined the Stek and in August there were 57,” says cluster manager Jorinde Crum. “On arrival, there is always a chat and you sometimes hear that people themselves say that they needed a helping hand. You just walk into an organization anyway,” says Crum.
