The shops and eateries are often open late and have a pull effect. Residents and entrepreneurs report nuisance from dealers, drug and alcohol use, people with confused behaviour, vagrants and beggars. Groups of young people and young adults who come together in the evenings in varying compositions with cars and scooters also cause problems.
