UTRECHT – The Utrecht police shot a man in the leg on the Laan van Puntenburg near the Catharijnesingel this afternoon. He had threatened an employee of the NS with a stabbing weapon. The suspect was injured and was taken to hospital by ambulance, accompanied by police.
