Ulf Mazur, CEO and founder of the independent site Matpriskollen, says that coffee prices are now falling in price at all the big retail chains. This applies to most major coffee brands, and the price reduction is in most cases around SEK 10 per kilo.
– It is the regular prices that are reduced. We can expect the extra prices to come down now, he says.
Cheap with extra prices
There have been very few extra price offers on coffee in recent times as prices have been steadily rising, states Ulf Mazur. He says that coffee prices in particular are only adjusted five times a year, so the price reduction will now last for at least a couple of months.
– Now we can probably see offers with both three and four packages at a lower price for Easter.
