It was when the police were to check a man in Jönköping, who was said to exhibit mental illness, that one of the police was injured with a sharp knife. The policeman’s condition was initially life-threatening and he underwent surgery at the University Hospital in Linköping.
Now the policeman has gotten so well that he left the hospital last week and the police have said that the future looks bright, it says Police Newspaper.
