Currently it is not known how many minutes longer this new version of the MCU blockbuster will be. The new footage is said to consist of deleted and extended scenes that didn’t make it into the first theatrical version. For fans, that probably means one thing: more Andrew Garfield and Tobey Maguire!
It is not yet known when the new version of Tom Holland’s third solo film as a friendly neighborhood spider will be released in home cinemas.
But this year is far from over, because after Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness, Thor: Love and Thunder and the Extended Edition of Spider-Man: No Way Home, the MCU sequel Black is coming on November 9th Panther: Wakanda Forever in cinemas.
