The Argentine director and screenwriter Damián Szifron landed a record in 2014 with his film Wild Tales. As the Hollywood Reporter reported, no other film attracted as many people to Argentine cinemas on its opening weekend as the black comedy.

Last year, Szifron made his English-language debut with Catch the Killer, which was only shown in select cinemas. The two-hour thriller only received one international rating Box office gross of $3.1 million drive in. All the better that the home cinema version is finally being released.
