Cyclist Dylan Groenewegen failed to win the Veenendaal-Veenendaal one-day race for the sixth time. The sprinter from Vinkeveen finished third in the bunch sprint after 171.6 kilometers. The victory went to the Norwegian Tord Gudmestad. Groenewegen also had to let the Belgian Simon Dehairs go ahead.
