Norway buys anti-tank weapons for Ukraine for more than a quarter of a billion Norwegian kroner, reports the newspaper Vårt Land.
Defense Minister Bjørn Arild Gram says that the government has reallocated funds in this year’s budget to finance the purchases. These are the M72, which is reminiscent of Swedish p-shots, and the M141, which is actually meant to be used on buildings but can also be used against vehicles.
The weapons are to be manufactured by Norwegian Nammo at facilities in Norway and the USA.
